Our Sleep Easy blend was created to encourage you to relax and wind down for bed whilst helping to ease congestion. This dreamy blend of soothing oils is the perfect antidote when a cold or the flu is stopping you from getting the good nights sleep that you need.
 
Perfect when used with a diffuser to help clear congestion, and this powerful blend can also be added to a warm bath. It can also be mixed with a carrier oil (add 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil) and used for massage.
 
Eucalyptus: Warming and antiseptic, eucalyptus is brilliant at relieving aches & pains whilst lifting feelings of depression. It is also renowned as a decongestant and will help to relieve a stuffy nose and head.
 
Lavender: Renowned for its ability to relax and promote restful sleep. It also helps to reduce stress levels and anxiety. 
 
Vetiver: A natural sedative that is also grounding and calming. Helps to balance you when you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
