First choose your blend between Deep Sleep, De-Stress, Recover, Sensual or Uplift. You'll receive a 2ml bottle filled with only the finest essential oils ready for you to add to your existing bottle. And it comes in an adorable ittle canvas bag hand stamped with our logo, which you can reuse in any way you choose. 
 
How to use: 
1. Pour 90ml of distilled water (or filtered water that has been boiled then cooled) into your mist bottle.
2. Add your essential oil blend to the bottle using the pipette.
3. Shake up before use.
